Retail Purchase Terms

Jini & Jadon products may be available through authorised boutiques, multi-brand stores, department stores, exhibitions, pop-ups and other retail partners.

The following terms apply to purchases made through such channels.

Customers should retain their original purchase invoice or receipt.

• Retailer-specific offers;

customers should initially contact the original point of purchase.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges for purchases made through authorised retailers may be governed by the retailer's published policy.

Where applicable, the retailer's policy may differ from the policy applicable to purchases made directly from Jini & Jadon.

Customers should therefore review the return and exchange policy at the point of purchase.

3. PRODUCT DEFECTS

If a customer believes a Jini & Jadon product has a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact:

• Jini & Jadon customer support.

The product may need to be inspected before a resolution is offered.

4. PRICE DIFFERENCES

Price matching is not guaranteed.

5. RETAILER PROMOTIONS
